Our Firm has diverse practice and expertise in managing and handling Corporate and commercial litigation, civil and criminal matters, various contractual disputes, domestic arbitrations and information technology across industry sectors.

Criminal Disputes
Our team’s knowledge of India’s complex criminal law framework and procedural aspects helps in effectively combating proceedings on behalf of our clients in various fora. We assist clients in meaningfully participating and representing them in investigations/actions initiated by investigative or regulatory agencies and also defending them before various courts, tribunals, commissions and other quasi-judicial bodies.
Our practice broadly covers:
- Assisting and acting for clients in respect of investigations by Enforcement Directorate, Economic Offences Wing, Serious Fraud Investigation Office, local police as well as investigation and regulatory agencies such as SEBI and IRDA.
- Acting for clients in Criminal trials and appellate proceedings before courts; and
- Proceedings to protect personal liberty which also includes bail.

Our Firm has Intellectual Property practice in areas of trademarks, design, copyright and patent law which includes advising clients on infringement issues.
